Inter-activatE is a true multi-service product
that can handle activation requests for all services: wireline, wireless, IP,
and 3G, allowing you to centralize configuration management for converging
service offerings. You can activate services in different networks and
applications and improve order-processing throughput. Inter-activatE receives
service requests generated from Customer Care, Order Entry or Order Management
systems. Once Inter-activatE receives a service request, it translates and
administers that request to the appropriate network device for quick and
accurate activation. Inter-activatE tracks orders through the activation process
and forwards the status of each order to the appropriate upstream systems. With
built-in audit trailing and fall-out management capabilities, Inter-activatE
ensures there is no loss of revenue when delivering new services to a customer
and increases customer satisfaction through higher quality of service.
